Project management tool
MeisterTask is a task and project management tool with a customizable dashboard. It allows you to see what’s been done in your projects while you were away, get a quick overview of your open tasks, and decide what to focus on that day.
Each task has its own space where you can communicate with others, upload documents, set dues dates, add checklist items and leave notes. Workflows can also be automated, backgrounds can be customized and you can get reports on your team performance.
It integrates with MindMeister (online mind mapping), where you can brainstorm ideas and define tasks. Once you're ready to assign these tasks, simply drag and drop them into MeisterTask to assign them to teammates.
It also integrates with other tools such as Dropbox, Slack, GitHub, Zendesk and Google Drive.
Their iOS and Android app has been selected as "Best of 2015".
Free plan includes customizable dashboards and project boards.
Pro plan is $7.50 per user/month (billed yearly, i.e. $90/year) and includes advanced features such as workflow automation, custom background, unlimited integration.
