Customer chat for teams on Slack
Frontdoor offers your customers a beautiful interface to chat with you. The chat page is customizable, with a personal URL. As you'll have a dedicated URL, your Frontpage can be triggered by a button on your website, a link In your navigation or open up when users click on your "Contact" link.
You will be notified on Slack when a customer reaches out to chat (the chat itself is not run by Slack). Note that the customer cannot send images or files through Frontdoor's chat; text only.
